I think you could take the upbeat chord as a first approach; i'm far away from expert, but for instance i would.say.the upbeat chords for the 66 to 70 compasses bars are:

I; I64; Isus9; VIsus9; II

If you would.like to consider a specific chord you could.point at the respective compass bar where it belongs, etc. Greetings.
