Student best effort score

Can students see their best effort score after it is submitted? I require assignments to be submitted by the deadline even if the students can't successfully complete the assignment, so it would be nice if the students could see what the grade was later. They are always asking me to look it up.

They can see them -- have them click on "view scores" on the assignments page. Once they've submitted a score (even if it didn't fulfill the assignment), they'll be able to see that link and check what they submitted.

That page isn't terribly pretty yet... but it's coming along!
