Would it be possible to add a feature that would give the teacher the option of choosing a slow, medium or fast speed for the intervals that are played? I have lots of young students preparing for examinations, andf I find that the intervals are just played too quickly!

This is a good idea; I'll put it on the list. That doesn't (unfortunately) mean that it will be done soon, because development moves at a fairly slow pace, but it'll get there eventually.
