Tuplet notation

I know this is a quite simple theory idea, but I would like to know how to notate a half note tuplet in 3/4. The measure reads, in 3/4, a half note on Cb, slurred into another half note on D in tuplet form. I am transcribing this piece into a software so I can listen to it back for practice, but it won't let me insert this notation. What would be another way to notate this?

I'm not sure I understand the question. To get two notes in the space of three in 3/4 one just uses dotted quarter notes. Normally it would be a dotted quarter followed by an eighth tied to a quarter (so as not to mess up the 3 beats per measure visually although one hears two equally-spaced notes.)

ttw is correct if we understand your question correctly. Is this what you meant? Two notes of equal length sounding in a bar of 3/4?

In fact I've seen it notated the way ttw describes and also just with two dotted quarter notes.
