Haydn's Piano Sonata XVI:45 in Eb Major

Hi all,

I'm trying to analyse the sonata form in Haydn's Piano Sonata Hob XVI:45 in E flat major, but I am struggling to identify the 1st and 2nd subjects in both the exposition and the recapitulation. I've identified the change of key at bar 14/15 in the exposition, however I'm not sure if this is merely the bridge and the 2nd subject comes after this or if it's the start of the 2nd subject. Can anyone help out?

Cheers :)
