Hello, I would like to know more songs like these: Tomorrow: Israels Son The riff and vocal melodies are awesome, the riff is great in israels son and in tomorrow the clean guitar is nice. Hello, so all this time I have been trying to write vocal melodies, which is very difficult to me (long time dont login here). What I discovered for myself in this time, is that I need confidence to write proper melodies, otherwise I may lay down everything until another time. in other words youre saying that anything is allowed in music? thanks for the tips. One thing that really helps me is composng through images. But I hate my vocal melodies, Its still a challenge to me, and I dont know how to train the vocal melodies. Hey guys, is there any musical artist which composes music listening to other music? Is it wrong to do it? Because I do it, music itself inspires me. I can't use another thing such as a documentary or paintings to compose music, nor feelings, only sound itself. The ideas flow better. But is it wrong to do it? I also wonder how do I internalize music? Sometimes I feel the inspiration but when I try to pass it into music, I go out of tune. Music is not my second language, I wish it was. So I've been wondering, and trying to sing. But ideas won't pop in my head when I'm playing the chords on guitar. While, when it comes about base melody and solos I can deal easily with.
